Shyness in Serious

Greetings

I received a very personal and touching email this morning from a girl in Pakistan. I have never me her, I know nothing about her and I have no idea of how she got my e-mail address.

She wrote to me to ask for help with her chronic shyness problem. From her point of view, shyness is the worst problem in the world and she is ready to do anything she can to put it behind her.

This girl spoke about the daily difficulty of not being being able to deal on equal terms with her immediate family members, her other relatives and in fact pretty well the rest of the world.

While English was not her first language and she struggled with expressing herself, the personal pain that she endured every single day because of her shyness problem, was abundantly clear.
